The tribute bands have a specific repertoire of the band on which the tribute band is based. If you book a tribute band, you are often familiar with the repertoire they will play at the event. If there are any requested songs from the artist(s) in question, you can indicate this well in advance of booking to ensure that the song fits into the set properly prepared.

The bands have a repertoire of songs from which they play. They are often open to suggestions and request numbers. It is a good idea to indicate this well in advance of booking. On the evening itself, requested songs can be detrimental to the construction of the set and therefore the enjoyment of the guests. If a requested song is not in the repertoire, several bands are willing to rehearse 1 or 2 songs.

During the breaks, the band provides atmospheric music which they play over their sound system. The music is of course in line with the music played during the performance. A standard performance consists of 3 sets of 45 minutes. This is spread over a period of 3 – 3.5 hours. Shorter performances are also possible. The maximum playing time of most live bands is 4 sets of 40 minutes. This can be spread over a period of 4 to 5 hours.

The formation of bands takes approximately 45 minutes for 3 to 4 piece bands. For larger bands this takes 1 to 1.5 hours. We always adjust the amount of equipment to the group size. If the group is very large (more than 175 people), the setup time will also be longer.

The price mainly depends on the following factors:

• The desired duration of the performance
• Travel time and travel costs
• Any lighting and/or sound technology required
• Any waiting and preparation time
• The group size

This is our standard cancellation policy:
After you have confirmed your booking, you have 14 days of reflection time. You can then cancel, without giving any reason, free of charge. This only applies to bookings beyond 45 days on the day of booking.

If the cooling-off period has expired, or the booking is made within 45 days, we will charge a cancellation fee. You can take out cancellation protection at the time of booking for 6.8% of the booking amount.

20% up to 90 days or more before booking
40% up to 31 days before the booking
60% up to 14 days before booking
80% up to 7 days before booking
100% up to 0 days before booking

Cancellation with cancellation protection:
up to 90 days before booking
20% up to 31 days before the booking

With flexible cancellation, if the supplier agrees, the Client can move the booking date once free of charge.
