What if the entertainment can no longer perform at the last minute?

We always have a backup option available. Our team is available 24 hours a day. If the entertainment you have booked can no longer perform due to force majeure, we will do everything we can to ensure that the performance continues. Because we have such a large network, we always succeed in this.

How can I cancel?

Do you want to cancel unexpectedly? Please contact us and we will try to resolve the matter as best as possible for both you and the entertainment you have booked. We usually arrive at the best solution through consultation.

This is our standard cancellation policy:
Once you have confirmed your booking, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can then cancel free of charge without giving any reason. This only applies to bookings made more than 45 days from the day of booking.

If the cooling-off period has expired, or the booking is made within 45 days, we will charge a cancellation fee. When placing a booking, you can purchase cancellation protection for 6.8% of the booking amount.

Cancellations without cancellation protection:
20% up to 90 days or more before the booking
40% up to 31 days before the booking
60% up to 14 days before the booking
80% up to 7 days before the booking
100% up to 0 days before the booking

Cancellation with cancellation protection:
up to 90 days before the booking

What is the process of a booking?

  3. You can submit your wishes and other details online. We will make an agreement and invoice. This can be paid and signed online. We will schedule all the entertainment correctly. We will get in touch shortly before booking.

How can I cancel?

What if my party cannot go ahead because of Corona?
