A cover band is a music group that plays well-known songs originally recorded by other artists. Unlike original bands, which create and perform their own music, a cover band focuses on playing well-known music from different genres and eras. The goal of a cover band is to entertain the audience and let them enjoy well-known music by accurately playing these songs and sometimes also enhancing them with their own interpretations.

Cover bands can be hired for various types of events, including parties, festivals, corporate functions, weddings and other special occasions.

The bands have a repertoire of songs from which they play. They are often open to suggestions and request numbers. It is a good idea to indicate this well in advance of booking. On the evening itself, requested songs can be detrimental to the construction of the set and therefore the enjoyment of the guests. If a requested song is not in the repertoire, several bands are willing to rehearse 1 or 2 songs.

A standard performance consists of 3 sets of 45 minutes. This is spread over a period of 3 – 3.5 hours. Shorter performances are also possible. The maximum playing time of most live bands is 4 sets of 40 minutes. This can be spread over a period of 4 to 5 hours.

The formation of bands takes approximately 45 minutes for 3 to 4 piece bands. For larger bands this takes 1 to 1.5 hours. We always adjust the amount of equipment to the group size. If the group is very large (more than 175 people), the setup time will also be longer.

3. We will make an agreement and invoice. Payment Terms are 50% of the Artists Fees plus Booking Fees to confirm the act. The balance will be required 30 days before the event date. If your event is 30 days or less from the booking time then the full amount will be expected.
4. Artwork or any online promotions cannot be actioned until the deposit is paid in full.
5. All Artwork and Publications must be proofread prior to release.
6. We ensure all the entertainment is booked correctly and we organise the whole process until the event date.
7. We're all set. We are going to make it a successful occasion!

Each artist has a technical rider that is shared in advance to ensure requirements can be met. This states exactly what the famous artist needs to perform. Most acts bring their own other than those in our Famous Section.

It is important to carefully check whether the well-known artist is available on the indicated date. We will check the availability for you and will send you a proposal based on this. If we indicate that the artist is available, the option will also be fixed. Otherwise it will be clearly indicated.

A rider is a document in which the wishes and requirements of an artist are recorded. Well-known artists in particular often have a number of wishes, such as their own dressing room, a certain number of bottles of drinks, a meal and so on. In addition to this 'hospitality rider', artists often also have a 'technical rider'. This rider states, for example, which speakers, inputs and monitors are desired. In many cases, the artist's sound engineer takes this himself. He can also plug into your available sound set. This is our standard cancellation policy:
The deposit is payable upon issue of contract and non-returnable unless the Artist cancels the performance. The Promoter / Client agrees to pay 100% of the total fee agreed if the performance is cancelled within 120 days of signing the contract.

After signing the contract directly with the Artists or their Management, you will be sent an invoice with the payment details included payable by bank transfer to our UK partner Jealous Entertainment Ltd and / or directly from the Artist or direct Management.

We always have a backup option available. If the entertainment you have booked is unable to perform due to force majeure, we will do everything we can to make it happen. Because we have such a large network, we always succeed.

Everything required for a successful performance is beach standard included. So the price is all-inclusive and there are no additional costs. Included are:

This is our standard cancellation policy:
After you have confirmed your booking, you have 14 days of reflection time. You can then cancel, without giving any reason, free of charge. This only applies to bookings beyond 45 days on the day of booking.

If the cooling-off period has expired, or the booking is made within 45 days, we will charge a cancellation fee. You can take out cancellation protection at the time of booking for 6.8% of the booking amount.
