These young ladies are the most professional and talented singer/dancers, we have ever seen. Their harmonies are always on point, whether backing Jane McDonald or singing on their own. They have a great 40’s/50’s sound which also translates wonderfully to modern classics. We booked the Blue birds for our 40th wedding vow renewal in the Caribbean and they put on a display that the Hotel thought was the best they had ever seen. We would 100% recommend these ladies for any occasion.

I booked them for my huge charity showcase 2019 in Leeds and they were AMAZING! They had 250 people all on their feet dancing at the end of the night. True performers and stunning talent!

The Bluebirds have become a firm favourite of Chesterfield Freemasons and their friends and family. A brilliant night out - enjoyed by people of all ages. A definite crowd puller - not to be missed. Enjoyment guaranteed. Very talented young ladies who are an absolute joy to be around and be entertained by. Definitely recommended for a great night out.
Olivia Toppin (The Nichols Group)
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all three of you for performing for us last night.   You created the most magical atmosphere in the room and so many of our clients commented on how brilliant you were. You all looked truly stunning and were so wonderfully on theme! Hopefully we can work together again in future for another of our events.

  3. We will make an agreement and invoice. Payment Terms are 50% of the Artists Fees plus Booking Fees to confirm the act. The balance will be required 30 days before the event date. If your event is 30 days or less from the booking time then the full amount will be expected.
  4. Artwork or any online promotions cannot be actioned until the deposit is paid in full.
  5. All Artwork and Publications must be proofread prior to release.
  6. We ensure all the entertainment is booked correctly and we organise the whole process until the event date.
  7. We're all set. We are going to make it a successful occasion!
How is the technology arranged?

Each artist has a technical rider that is shared in advance to ensure requirements can be met. This states exactly what the famous artist needs to perform. Most acts bring their own other than those in our Famous Section.

Is the artist available?

It is important to carefully check whether the well-known artist is available on the indicated date. We will check the availability for you and will send you a proposal based on this. If we indicate that the artist is available, the option will also be fixed. Otherwise it will be clearly indicated.

What is a rider?

A rider is a document in which the wishes and requirements of an artist are recorded. Well-known artists in particular often have a number of wishes, such as their own dressing room, a certain number of bottles of drinks, a meal and so on. In addition to this 'hospitality rider', artists often also have a 'technical rider'. This rider states, for example, which speakers, inputs and monitors are desired. In many cases, the artist's sound engineer takes this himself. He can also plug into your available sound set. On the technical rider you can see whether your Production Kit & Audio meets the artist's requirements. If you don't understand this. No problem, we are happy to help you with this!

How is the price determined?

The desired duration of the performance
Travel time and travel costs
Any lighting and/or sound technology required
Any waiting and preparation time
The group size
Familiarity of the act
Booking Fees

Ultimately, every party is unique. Therefore, we are happy to discuss your requirements in advance and can make an appropriate tailor-made proposal.

How can I cancel?

Do you want to cancel unexpectedly? Please contact us, we will then try to resolve it as best we can for both you and the entertainment you have booked. In consultation, we usually come to the best solution.
This is our standard cancellation policy:
The deposit is payable upon issue of contract and non-returnable unless the Artist cancels the performance. The Promoter / Client agrees to pay 100% of the total fee agreed if the performance is cancelled within 120 days of signing the contract.

How does payment take place?

After signing the contract directly with the Artists or their Management, you will be sent an invoice with the payment details included payable by bank transfer to our UK partner Jealous Entertainment Ltd and / or directly from the Artist or direct Management.

What if last-minute it turns out the act cannot perform?

We always have a backup option available. If the entertainment you have booked is unable to perform due to force majeure, we will do everything we can to make it happen. Because we have such a large network, we always succeed.

What is the difference between a singing group and an all-round band?

A band is more focused on creating music by playing instruments together, while a singing group is more focused on singing songs. However, both can create excellent and unique musical experiences!

What happens during bands breaks?

During the breaks, the band provides atmospheric music which they play over their sound system. The music is of course in line with the music played during the performance. Some bands come with a DJ, who will then provide the music. Of course you can also book a DJ for the breaks with all live bands

Does the live band need a stage?

Usually a band doesn't need a stage. They can often play in a free area of the hall if it is not raised. Depending on the room layout and the number of people present, a stage can be an added value. This makes the musicians more visible to the public. Live bands that often require a stage are premium bands and well-known bands. If you have any other questions, you can always contact us about booking a live band. Band bookings make every party a success.

Why hire acts ?

One of the primary reasons for hiring acts is to provide entertainment and enhance the overall experience of an event. Acts like musicians, comedians, magicians, dancers, and circus performers can captivate and engage the audience, creating a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere.
