We always have a backup option available. If the Product you have booked is unable to perform due to force majeure, we will do everything we can to make it happen. Because we have such a large network, we always succeed.

When booking an orchestra through Evenses, everything from travel costs to the required instruments and technology is taken care of. You will receive a completely non-binding quote with a total price, so you will not suddenly be faced with a surprise after a successful occasion.

The length of the orchestra's performances depends on the duration you want them to play at your event. Please note that when engaging a large music orchestra, it is often more beneficial to book them for more than two hours, because the initial costs are higher due to set-up and preparation.

The technology can be arranged by Evenses or the band in consultation. However, this is not always the case.

Each artist has a technical rider that is shared in advance to ensure requirements can be met. This states exactly what the famous artist needs to perform. Most acts bring their own other than those in our Famous Section.

The formation of bands takes approximately 45 minutes for 3 to 4 piece bands. For larger bands this takes 1 to 1.5 hours. We always adjust the amount of equipment to the group size. If the group is very large (more than 175 people), the setup time will also be longer.

After you have confirmed your booking, you have 14 days of reflection time. You can then cancel, without giving any reason, free of charge. This only applies to bookings beyond 45 days on the day of booking.

If the cooling-off period has expired, or the booking is made within 45 days, we will charge a cancellation fee. You can take out cancellation protection at the time of booking for 6.8% of the booking amount.
