In order to perform the performance in a pleasant, professional and enthusiastic manner, the band needs to pause occasionally. A performance of up to 1 hour is performed without breaks as standard. For longer performances, you can expect approximately 15 minutes of intermission per hour.

A standard performance consists of 3 sets of 45 minutes. This is spread over a period of 3 – 3.5 hours. Shorter performances are also possible. The maximum playing time of most live bands is 4 sets of 40 minutes. This can be spread over a period of 4 to 5 hours.

The formation of bands takes approximately 45 minutes for 3 to 4 piece bands. For larger bands this takes 1 to 1.5 hours. We always adjust the amount of equipment to the group size. If the group is very large (more than 175 people), the setup time will also be longer.

• The desired duration of the performance
• Travel time and travel costs

This is our standard cancellation policy:
After you have confirmed your booking, you have 14 days of reflection time. You can then cancel, without giving any reason, free of charge. This only applies to bookings beyond 45 days on the day of booking.

If the cooling-off period has expired, or the booking is made within 45 days, we will charge a cancellation fee. You can take out cancellation protection at the time of booking for 6.8% of the booking amount.

60% up to 14 days before booking

Cancellation with cancellation protection:
